just choose the mm you want about 1mm bigger than your butt, make sure you take into account you may use shrink tube!
Then slide on and when you tighten up against your reel it will hold firm. 
Note: this can be a try and see product as all reels have different feet, better done in store with the rod butt, but with a little
thought and patience its a great way of having the reel just where you want it!
